Tomato stuffed with truffle foie gras
Pumpkin cream puffs with its seeds and rosemary
Mini “canederlo” with squid and speck

Starters:
Wagyu, chimichurry mayonnaise, almonds and smoked mullet eggs

First courses:
Roasted potato tortelli in speck broth
Cheese and pepper Risotto with shrimp, caviar and lemon

Second course (please choose between the two proposals):
English fillet, glace demi with porcini mushrooms and roast porcini mushrooms

Cbt cod with pumpkin, thyme and black truffle

Dessert:
Panettone, almond eggnog, coconut mousse

At midnight:
One Flûte per person
